Want to return something?
If you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we will exchange or refund your purchase up to 60 days from the day you purchased it.
We have returns locations in Sydney and London. Our shorts are very light and the cost to return them is minimal. Please choose a trackable postage method to ensure the safe return of your goods as we are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card.
Please fill out our online returns form as described below.
Steps to return items:
- Please complete the returns form
- We’ll email you a returns number and the address to return your shorts to
- Please pack your shorts in original condition, with a copy of the returns email in the parcel
- Please post the shorts to us
We’ll process your return/exchange on receipt of the parcel. Monies will be credited to the card used for purchase.
Need an exchange?
The quickest & easiest method of making sure you receive your exchange as soon as possible is to place a new order with us online and return your original order back to us for a refund (as above). This will ensure you get your new items before they sell out in the size and colour you want.
When will my refund be processed?
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you to update you.
We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible, however please allow 5 – 7 working days. Please feel free to contact us and we will update you on the return.
The Rocks Push has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange.
Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Please email us with photos of your faulty garment so we can arrange a replacement.
